The Excell No. M1EURTRI with a 45 mm wide body is made of laminated steel for strength and reliability, surrounded by stainless steel and zinc exterior components for weather resistance. The 8 mm diameter octagonal shackle is 24 mm long and made of ToughCut boron carbide, which is 50% harder than hardened steel and offers maximum resistance to cutting and sawing. The 4pin lock cylinder prevents the lock from being picked, while the two ball bearing locks protect against the lock being broken or smashed.
