The set of four knives made from olive wood are impressive with their sharp steel blades and easy to sharpen. The beautiful pattern on the sunkissed wood gives a Mediterranean vibe to any table. The knives originate from France, with each blade measuring 11 cm, possessing a hardness of 5557 HRC. They use a strong and anticorrosive stainless steel grade. Due to their abrasion resistance and exceptional sharpness, they can cut through hard materials like ceramics. Although stainless steel does not usually require any special upkeep, it can be damaged if exposed to aggressive substances like acids, salt water, or detergents for prolonged periods.
