In this exquisite knife set you will find four table knives with ash wood handles and smooth stainless steel blades. The blades are easy to resharpen, 11 cm long and have a hardness of 5557 HRC. The stainless steel of the Opinel blades, which comes from Europe, is characterised by impressive corrosion resistance and mechanical performance. These knives feature excellent sharpness and high abrasion resistance, making them ideal for contact with hard materials such as ceramics. Stainless steel is lowmaintenance under normal conditions, but can reach its limits when in prolonged contact with aggressive substances. The ash wood handles come from the forests of the Jura and are hard, light beige to white, with a light, light grain and regular lines.
