U.2 is finding its way more and more into professional storage solutions. No wonder, U.2 brings PCIe (NVMe) data transfer rates of up to 32 Gbit/s to the 2.5" format and supports HotSwap. The IB2242U2K supports 2.5" SSDs with a height of up to 15 mm.

Cooling in two stages
The IB2242U2K includes two 40 mm fans for optimal cooling. The fans are adjustable in two stages with the help of a switch on the back, offering the right mode for every application.

Under lock and key
Data security is a top priority at ICY BOX. Each of the four carriers can be locked individually with the integrated lock and can thus be protected against unauthorised access.
