The allstove base absorbs heat quickly and distributes it efficiently and continuously to the contents, while the cold metal handles remain pleasantly warm during cooking, so no cooking gloves are needed. The pot is made of highquality 18/10 stainless steel, easy to clean because it is dishwashersafe and ovensafe up to 230C. The interior has a lasercut, stainlesssteel base. Inside, there is a lasered measuring scale up to 12 litres, which simplifies the dosing of liquids.
