Robust, reliable portable spotlight
The HS5R portable spotlight is a robust and reliable batterypowered portable spotlight for a wide range of applications, whether industrial or commercial, hunting or security services. The professional work lamp always provides sufficient brightness.

Due to the flashing function with the enclosed orange colour filter screen, the headlamp is also ideally suited as a warning light for road traffic, as the lamp head can be tilted by 90° and the light can be set up. The robust ABS plastic housing is also designed for use with work gloves.

A strong holding magnet on the underside of the housing allows the lamp to be quickly and easily fixed to metal surfaces or charged in conjunction with the charging/mounting bowl.

Luminous efficacy
The luminous efficacy is outstanding: the builtin 5W Power LED ensures a homogeneous and bright light image. The special reflector produces a particularly uniform light pattern over the entire lighting area the lamp achieves up to 420 lumens with a lighting range of up to 500 metres.

Powerful lithium battery pack with microcontrollercontrolled charging technology
A fixed and powerful LiIon battery pack with 2600mAh provides the necessary power. When the battery capacity is low, the portable spotlight switches itself off automatically to prevent damage to the battery pack from deep discharge. The battery is charged via a microUSB connection, either at the power socket or in the car/truck with commercially available USB chargers practical for industrial and rescue organisations such as fire brigades, THW, etc.
Thanks to stateoftheart microcontrollercontrolled charging technology (with fourfold safety shutdown (short circuit, overcharge, deep discharge, overload), which has been optimally adapted to the special characteristics of lithium batteries, the charging process is automatically terminated as soon as the battery is fully charged. Overcharging is therefore not possible, which ensures maximum safety on the one hand and high performance and a long battery life on the other.

The battery can be charged directly via the supplied microUSB cable or via the wall bracket/charging cradle. A control display on the on/off switch indicates both the remaining capacity of the lithium battery pack and the charging progress.

Focusing and light modes
The lamp can be easily operated by two function buttons: Switch 1 is the on/off button and switch 2 can be used to select the three different functions: In 100% mode the HS5R lights up for approx. 2 hours, in 25% energy saving mode the light duration is extended to approx. 9.5 hours and in flashing mode to approx. 16 hours.

Mains failure electronics
In the event of a power failure (in charging mode), the portable spotlight is switched on automatically so that emergency lighting is always available with the lamp.
